How do I unsubscribe from Yojma TV?

We're sorry you want to leave, but if you need to cancel your account, please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

1. Go to  www.yojma.tv from your favorite browser.
2. Login with your email and password.
3. Go to your "Profile" (It is located in the upper right part) and click on the "Manage subscriptions" button, select "Cancel subscription".

Once you cancel, you can continue enjoying Yojma content until the end of your free trial or your monthly, semi-annual or annual billing.

The "Profile" is located once by logging in from your favorite browser at the top right of the screen.

If you subscribed to Yojma TV through the Apple, Android or Mercado Pago application, you must cancel it directly through those providers, here we tell you how to do it.

How to cancel if I subscribed through the Android app?

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app.
2. Check that you are signed in with the correct Google account.
3. Touch your profile picture and then Payments and Subscriptions.
4. Select subscriptions and the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.

How to cancel if I subscribed through the iOS app?

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Touch your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Touch the subscription you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel subscription. If you don't see the Cancel option, the subscription has already been canceled and will not be renewed.

How to cancel if I subscribed with Mercado Pago?

1. Select here.
2. Enter the email and password of your Mercado Pago account, if you don't have one you can create your account completely free by selecting here.
3. Select the plan and select the unsubscribe option located at the bottom of your screen.
4. Select cancel and voila, you will receive an email with the notification that we will not make any more charges to your card.
