How do I unsubscribe from Yojma TV?

I'm sorry you want to leave, 😢 but if you need to cancel your account, follow the steps below to unsubscribe:

1. Go to www.yojma.tv in your favorite browser.
2. Log in with your email and password.
3. Go to "Account & Settings" (located at the top right), select "Manage Subscription", and then click "Cancel Subscription" or you can click here to go directly.

Once canceled, you can continue to enjoy Yojma content until the end of your free trial or current billing period, whether monthly, semi-annual, or annual.

"Account & Settings" can be found once logged in from your favorite browser at the top right of the screen.

If you subscribed to Yojma TV through the Apple app, Android app, Mercado Pago, or Yojma Store, you must cancel it directly through those providers. Here's how:

How to cancel if subscribed through the Android app:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app.
2. Make sure you're signed in with the correct Google account.
3. Tap your profile picture and then Payments & subscriptions.
4. Select Subscriptions and the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don't see the Cancel option, the subscription has already been canceled and won't renew.

How to cancel if subscribed through Mercado Pago:

1. Click here.
2. Enter your Mercado Pago account email and password. If you don't have one, you can create your account for free here
3. Select the plan and then select the option to cancel subscription at the bottom of your screen.
4. Select cancel and you're done, you'll receive an email notification that no further charges will be made to your card.

How to cancel if subscribed through Yojma Store:

1. Go to www.yojmastore.com or click here.
2. Log in with your email and password (if you haven't created an account at Yojma Store yet, you'll need to create one to access your subscriptions, you can do so by clicking here).
3. Go to "My subscriptions" and select the "Cancel your subscription" button.

Your subscription is now canceled. Remember, you can also pause your subscription instead of canceling it completely to retain all the benefits.
