I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

  1. On the Yojma TV welcome page, select SIGN IN.
  2. At the bottom please select FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
  3. Enter your email and select reset.
  4. Check your email. (You will receive an email to reset the password, just select the reset password button).
  5. nter a new password.
  6. Select UPDATE.

Notes:

The email can take up to 15 minutes to reach your inbox.
f you don't receive it, check your spam folder.
If it's not there, please click here to try again.
If you continue to have problems, please contact Customer Service.

Once you enter your new password, your Yojma TV credentials will update your login details to continue enjoying the Yojma TV experience.
