Mac

  • Click the History menu at the top of the screen.
  • Select Clear recent history.
  • In the Time range to clean drop-down menu, select All.
  • Check the cache box.
  • Click Clean Now to confirm.
  • Restart or update Firefox.

Windows

  • Click on the Firefox menu, which is in the upper right corner.
  • Select History.
  • Select Clear recent history.
  • In the Time range to clean drop-down menu, select All.
  • Check the cache box.
  • Click Clean Now.
  • Restart or update Firefox.
