To clear the cache and improve performance stability, try clearing the data stored on the device by following these steps:
Note: When you're online, your device downloads a lot of files so you can get the experience you expect from the websites and apps you use. Some of those files are cached on your device so you have a seamless experience. Over time, the cache can fill up, slowing performance for a number of reasons. This is why it is a good idea to clear your cache regularly, especially if you have trouble using Yojma TV.
Select the device of your interest:
- Android phones and tablets
- Android TV
- Apple TV (all generations), iPhone, iPad. To clear cached data from Apple TV, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Yojma app.
- Chromecast
- Web browser
