How can I fix video playback problems?

Here are eight things you can do to improve the picture.

  • Restart the Yojma TV application.

Completely close Yojma TV and any other apps or programs open in the background on the streaming device. Then try opening Yojma TV again.

  • Turn off your device.

Turn off your device and, if possible, the modem and router. Then restart the device and open the Yojma TV application again.

  • Check the internet connection.

Run a speed test on your device and compare the results with our recommended connection speeds.

  • Try other applications on your device.

If you notice similar problems with other apps, it may be due to weak connectivity. Contact your internet service provider for more information on how to improve your connection.

  • Update your device's operating system.

Make sure you have the latest version of the operating system on your device or platform. To check for updates, visit the Settings page on your device.

  • Clear the cache data on your device.

You can clear the cache data through the device's settings menu. This step temporarily deletes files to help free up processing power.

  • Uninstall and reinstall Yojma TV.

On some devices, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Yojma TV app to make sure you have the latest version. Once you have confirmed that you have the latest version of Yojma TV, restart all connections.

  • Verify all components.

For the best quality Yojma TV experience, all components must support high-bandwidth digital content, including HDMI cables. External displays must support HDCP 2.2 for 4K Ultra HD and HDR content.

Note: Older audio and video components may affect quality or prevent playback altogether.
